Feng Ming as [ Edit ]
Feng Mingwei (December 7, 1929 - May 20, 2005), Shaoxing , Zhejiang . People's Republic of China political figures.
In early years he studied at Peking Railway Administration School and China University of Law . In 1972, he served as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Beijing Municipal Xicheng District Sports Committee, and later was promoted to Mayor of Xicheng District, Assistant to the Mayor of Beijing, Deputy Secretary-General of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Chaoyang District Party Committee [1] . In July 1984, he served as vice mayor of Beijing and vice chairman of the 7th and 8th Committee of the CPPCC in Beijing [2] .
